(Makes 6 servings)
- 1 can pumpkin
- 1 box sugar free vanilla pudding
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup fat free cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup water
In a food processor blend cottage cheese until smooth then add remaining ingredients and blend for 2 minutes until smooth. Transfer into individual bowls and cool in refrigerator until firm.
