When it comes to weight loss, perseverance is key. Some weeks may be harder than others, but it is important not to give in. Push yourself harder than you have in the past. Eat clean, exercise, keep on going! You will never look back and say “I wish I hadn’t tried so hard”. The only thing you will regret is not trying hard enough.
