(Makes 8 3tbls. Servings)
- 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup granular sugar substitute
- Place all the ingredients except the sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir to combine. Cook for 10 minutes until thickened. (About 10 minutes). Remove from the heat and stir in sugar.
- Serve at room temperature.
