You have to know when to walk away, and how to control your hunger in a healthy manner.

In order to control urges, have a plan. What are you going to do to stop yourself from over eating?
1. Know how many meals you want to eat in a day. This way it’s easier to gauge urges. Ex:
- 3 meals and 2 snacks
- 3 meals and 3 snacks
2. When you’re about to overeat, change your setting:
- go for a walk
- play with your pet
- watch a show
- do some work around the house
3. Curb your hunger
- have a glass of water instead
