1. Legs Up Arm Crunch

Lie flat on your back, and place your legs up in the air at a 90 degree angle with the floor. Place your arms straight out, and curl your shoulders and upper back up off of the floor using your ab strength, keeping your arms up throughout exercise.

2. Air Bicycling

For this exercise you will need to lie on your back again. Place your hands behind your head with your elbows bent, and knees slightly pulled in toward you. Now use your ab strength to curl your shoulders up and off the floor, pulling your right elbow toward your left knee until they touch. Alternate sides with each crunch.

3. Side Bridge

This exercise is performed by lying on your side. rest your weight on your elbow and forearm, and raise your mid-section until your torso and legs form a straight line (sloped upward). By just holding this position you will be toning your abs; hold the position as long as you can.

4. Lying Leg Raises

Lie flat on your back with your legs straight and up in the air (90 degrees from the floor). Keep your legs as straight as you can, and slowly lower them out in front of you until they are almost touching the floor; then lift them back up to your starting position and repeat.

5. Pelvic Thrust

For this exercise lie on your back with your legs up in the air (90 degrees from the floor). While keeping your legs up, slowly lift your pelvis off the floor and upward using your lower abdominal muscles; then lower yourself back down to the floor and repeat.
