• ½ cup Non Fat Plain Greek yogurt

    ½ cup firmly packed fresh basil, chopped

    2 tsp minced garlic

    Salt and pepper to taste


    Combine all ingredients in food processor until smooth and creamy, scraping sides down as needed.

    This is great as a dip for veggies. Add to cauliflower crust for a pizza or use as a sauce. You can also add this to the Tofu Shirataki Noodles for pesto pasta without all the carbs.  Enjoy!!!
