• Ingredients:

    • 4 Egg whites – or 1/2 cup Egg Beaters-whites
    • 1 tsp  Extra Virgin Olive oil
    • Salt and pepper – to taste
    • 1 oz Prosciutto – cut into small pieces
    • 1 tbsp Low-fat feta

    Instructions:

    1. In frying pan, drizzle olive oil, add eggs, prosciutto, salt and pepper to taste and scramble.
    2. Add cheese and heat slightly until softened or melted.

    3 servings of Protein (2 very lean and 1 lean)
