    Why You Should Drink Your Water

    In a world full of sodas, teas, and unnatural juices there are a lot of people out there that really do not drink any water at all! It is amazing to think about, but it is true. There are a lot of things wrong with this. For example, drinking such hard drinks tends to get hard on your kidneys. Your kidneys are basically purifying the liquid going through your body making an effort to process it for whatever it can provide. This means that you really do need to drink a lot of water to be able to drink as much other beverages as much as they do.

    It is amazing how many people that are out there that do not have issues with being able to get out there and find food and drink are dehydrated. This is because they do not drink enough pure water. Water is the most important key when it comes to being healthy. Without the water we would inevitably die. We would end up being poisoned by our excrement or we would end up drying out.

    On top of the abilities to save us, water helps with our digestion. Many people have awful digestion symptoms and they are typically those that do not drink enough water or eat the proper foods that are needed to actually let the body run it’s natural course. Water also carries oxygen to the cells through the blood and nutrients, too. It even lubricates our joints. With so many suffering from arthritis, that would be beneficial if they would simply drink more water.

    There are some other crazy facts to keep in mind, too. We lose a pint of our body’s water simply by exhaling. What a connection! It helps us breathe! Everything is connected to water when it comes to our bodies. If we don’t drink enough water our whole body becomes off balanced. Water also helps in regards to weight loss.

    The people that don’t drink much water are typically overweight. Once they stop drinking so much alternative beverages such as soda and juice they eventually start losing the extra weight that they have packed on. Not only that but soda tends to bloat anyway. There are doctors that say that you can mess your organ functions up by drinking everything but water and they are right.

    Drinking soda in excess and even iced tea in excess can cause someone to get kidney stones. Kidney stones are very painful and no one wants to go through that. Everyone should drink at least ten glasses of water a day and it will also maintain people’s weight. For every extra twenty five pounds they are overweight they should drink an extra glass of water. It is essential to weight loss and always has been since the beginning of time because it is the natural elixir we all need and deserve to continue living on this earth healthy and happily.

    Yes, we all have our likes and dislikes but water is the most important part of our bodies and our diets why not try it?
