1 cup Cooked Quinoa
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Poppy Seed
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Agave Syrup (or honey)
1 tbsp Coconut
2 tbsp Dehydrated Cherries
2 tbsp Dehydrated Cranberries
2 tbsp Walnuts
2 tbsp Chopped Almonds
Combine ingredients and give them a quick stir! If it’s a little colder than you would prefer, feel free to stick in the microwave for a 30 seconds to a minute.
2.Black Bean and Quinoa Energy Lunch Have this for lunch and get that boost of energy you need to get you through the day! Ingredients:
1 cup cooked quinoa
1/3 cup canned low-sodium black beans, drained and rinsed
1 small tomato, chopped
1 scallion, sliced
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and toss!
