Rather than trying to stay cool with a big bowl of ice cream, or a popsicle filled with unhealthy and harmful chemicals, refresh yourself with one of our favorite summertime popsicle recipes! Not only are they healthy, but they are irresistibly fresh!

    Summertime Popsicles!

    1. Peach Banana Smoothie Pop

    Ingredients:

    • 3 medium ripe peaches, pitted and quartered (I leave the peel on)
    • 1 medium banana
    • 1 cup Chobani non-fat plain Greek yogurt
    • 1/2 cup 1% lowfat milk
    • 3 tbsp honey
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1/4 tsp ground allspice

    Directions:

    • Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
    • Pour into popsicle molds and freeze. If you don’t have popsicle molds, you can freeze the mixture in ice cube trays or small paper cups. When your smoothie mixture is slightly frozen, just stick a plastic spoon or wooden popsicle stick in each serving and continue to freeze.
    • Remove popsicles from their mold. Serve and enjoy!

    2. Mango Strawberry Pop

    Ingredients:

    • 2 medium size mangoes, ripe, peeled, pitted, and cut into medium-size chunks (about 2 cups of pieces)
    • 1 cup clean strawberry pieces, halved
    • 3/4 cup clean strawberry pieces, chopped into small pieces
    • 4 Tbsp. clover honey
    • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt

    Directions:

    • Puree all of the mango and the 1 cup of halved strawberry pieces until quite smooth and free of large lumps.
    • Add in the yogurt, and pulse for a moment just to combine.
    • Add in the honey to taste.
    • Pour the mixture into the molds, scattering in pieces of the small-chopped strawberries as you pour so they’ll be distributed throughout each bar.
    • 3/4 cup clean strawberry pieces, chopped into small pieces.
    • Add honey.
    • 1/4 cup Greek style yogurt.

    3. Watermelon Frozen Yogurt Pop

    Ingredients:

    • 6 oz Plain Chobani Yogurt
    • 2 cups Seedless Watermelon
    • Optional: pinch of salt and/or 1 tbsp of sugar

    Directions:

    • Puree the yogurt and watermelon in a food processor or blender until smooth.
    • Carefully pour into molds, leaving about 0.5cm room from the top.
    • Freeze

    4. Pina Colada Pop

    Ingredients:

    • 1C coconut milk
    • 2/3C pineapple chunks I used fresh but canned would work fine
    • 1 banana
    • juice from 1 lime

    Directions:

    • Combine all ingredients into a blender.
    • Pour into your popsicle molds and freeze.
